The Hamas terrorists, accompanied by hundreds of Palestinians, inflicted as much terror and unspeakable horror as possible as they forced their victims to witness their loved ones suffer brutish deaths, and then murdered the rest of them with gruesome pleasure.
That is what genocide looks like.
Taking hostages and torturing, starving and murdering them; and using their own people as humans shields whilst stealing all the food, meds and fuel donated as aid.

The question remains how will Gaza be governed in the short and long term since Hamas cannot be involved ?
Yes. Very good question. Eradicating Hamas was a prime Israeli aim. They failed on that score.
